Entry Requirements
- Possess SPM with a minimum of three (3) credits in any subject, or its equivalent, OR
- A pass in Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with a minimum of Grade C (GP 2.00) in any subject; OR
- A pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with a minimum grade of Maqbul in any subject; OR
- A pass in SKM Level 3 / Sijil Vokasional Malaysia (SVM) in relevant field; OR
- A certificate (Level 3, MQF) with minimum CGPA of 2.00 or its equivalent; OR
- Other relevant equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government, ex: UEC/O-levelX and
- Pass an interview or submission of portfolio determined by HEP as required.

- Registration fee (as per fee prevailing fee structure) – non refundable

- SPM/SPMV/UEC/O-Level or its equivalent official/original result / notarized / certified result slip.
- School leaving certificate (compulsory)
- 2 passport size photographs-color
- Copy of identity card and/or Passport all pages
Payment procedures
A registration fee (RM500) must be paid after submitting the application form and other documentations. An offer letter will then be sent to you. Regarding the payment style, you can choose to pay per semester or yearly.

JAGAM(Japan Graduates Association of Malaysia) and we have jointly created a scholarship for students that wanted to study in our Malaysia’s school. Scholarship students will be selected at every intake

How many years is the course?
The course is 2 years and 8 months
Do the school provide PTPTN?
Currently, we don't provide PTPTN but we do have other financial aids such as Affin Bank Education Loan and also Scholarships and also EPF withdrawal.
How many hours are in one class?
1 lesson is for 3 hours. The timetable is arranged by the HOD following the intake.
Are the classes conducted in Japanese?
Classes are conducted in English except for the Japanese Language and some MPU subjects.
Do you have any certificate courses?
Yes, we do have! Certificate in Manga Visual Arts.
Can I enroll in the diploma course after studying the certificate course?
Yes, you can enroll in either of our diploma courses after completing the certificate course. Please contact us for more details regarding this.
