On the 22nd of March, we found ourselves standing outside of one of the famous studios in Malaysia, Kadokawa Gempak Starz. As the doors swing open, we step into the world where creativity knows no bounds and imagination on the reigns supreme.
First up on the agenda? We were immediately struck by the palpable energy coursing through the air. The atmosphere buzzed with creativity and passion as Malaysian manga artist poured their hearts and souls into their work. One such artist was Keith, a renowned figure in the Malaysian manga scene. Meeting him was an honor and the students were fortunate enough to receive invaluable insights and guidance on honing our craft.
The highlight of the visit was witnessing Malaysian manga artists in action, creating their own unique manga series such as X Venture series and many more. Keith and other seasoned artists graciously shared their expertise, offering tips and advice to aspiring manga and illustration creators like our students.
