Students will not only learn to draw illustrations but also focus on specialized techniques for expressing their creativity as manga artists, including story creation and manga composition.
Our programme teaches essential graphic software skills through digital drawing techniques for different media, preparing students with practical skills for various creative industries.
To foster a well-rounded perspective, students will benefit from expert lectures and hands-on training provided by our partner companies and creators from both Japan and Malaysia.
Whether you're a beginner or experienced, we provide full support in both drawing and story creation. You'll learn to create side-scroll and vertical-scroll manga, allowing you to publish on various platforms. With your original works, there's even a chance to debut professionally while still in school!
In addition to CLIP STUDIO PAINT, you'll gain skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Explore your creativity by designing game characters or novelty goods using your illustrations. These foundational skills are key to thriving in the creative industry.
How you use your skills is entirely up to you. By learning about industry trends in Japan and Malaysia, you can discover the best ways to express yourself as a creator and build your own path.
I’m surprised at the resources that NDS provides. As a person with no background in art studies, NDS has helped me achieve a lot more than I thought I could.
NDS has greatly influenced my artistic journey, especially so for my passion in illustration and Japanese art and culture. Previously graduated in landscape architecture, I find that the college never ceases to encourage me to further explore art and design and has not only pushed me beyond my abilities, NDS has also allowed me to pursue my dreams and make my passion a profession!
